2024 Fob Information
Keyfobs are needed for pool access, tennis court access, and the clubhouse and are available for purchase for $35. We are no longer swapping keyfobs. We are transitioning the keyfob management process back to Hawthorne. The board will transfer fobs back to Hawthorne at our Board meeting on July 18th.

STEP 1
1. Visit Hawthorne's CINC site for Wynfield HOA
https://hha.cincwebaxis.com Choose "Pay Assessments" Then "Misc Item Payments" You will see the "Purchase Now" button for your keyfob. Complete the transaction. At the end, grab a screen shot to help verify the processing. Send screen shots |
