Founding Documents & Restrictions on Rentals
Restrictions on rentals are recorded with the County Register of Deeds

Rental of a property can only occur after the owner has owned the home for 24 months.

Rental durations are 12 months minimum.

Fines will be assessed against the property owner for violations.
