New homeowners will not be able to register if the property has not been transferred into their name yet. That happens once our Hawthorne Property Transfer team receives the documents from the closing attorney. If it has been a while and the property is still not transferred, new homeowners can send a copy of the deed to Sue Patrick and she will forward on to Property Transfer.
