Clubhouse

The Wynfield Clubhouse is a shared amenity for resident usage for social gatherings, recreational activities, and meetings.

Reservation Information

  • Reservations can be made by mail or online.

  • To reserve the clubhouse by mail, please complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and send it to Hawthorne Management Company

  • Hawthorne Management Company, P.O. Box 11906, Charlotte, NC 28220-1906

  • Your reservation will be confirmed (based on availability) once Hawthorne receives the following:

    • The signed rental agreement

    • Rental fee and security deposit

    • Proof of liability insurance (if required)

  • Online clubhouse reservations can be made by visiting the cinc website: https://hha.cincwebaxis.com/010/reservation-listing

    • Sign in to CINC

    • Go to ‘Reservations’ ,‘Reservations Calendar’ to check clubhouse availability

    • Click Reservations, Reservation Listing, Reserve Now, Populate data, click next , make payment - is there an extra payment amount needed with this?

Facility Rental Fee & Security Deposit

  • ​Daily Rental, 9am-Midnight:  $125

  • ​Security Deposit:  $100 

*NOTE: There is a $9.95 fee when paying by Credit Card.
**Rental Fees: All rental fees and a refundable security deposit are due at time of application.

Rules and Regulations

  • Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the security deposit

  • The facility must be cleaned, all decorations and trash must be removed, and the facility must be vacated by the end time indicated on the Facility Rental Agreement. The rental applicant is responsible for the removal of all personal articles, including leftover food, decorations, etc., and depositing trash in the trash receptacles provided. All table tops, furniture, countertops, and any appliances must be free of food items or spills. Furniture should be returned to its original location. Appliances and lights should be turned off, all doors/windows locked and the alarm set. Cleaning Checklist left on the kitchen counter.

  • The facility may not be used past 12:00 am without prior approval from the HOA Management Company. Please allow appropriate time for setup before the event and clean up after your event.

  • Residents MUST be current on their homeowner dues in order to rent the facility.

  • Clubhouse reservations are "first-come, first-served" with priorities given to Wynfield Homeowners Association functions

  • Limited spaces are available for parking at the Wynfield Community Clubhouse. Vehicles shall not be parked on the grass.

  • If any alcoholic beverage is to be present, proof of host liquor liability insurance must be provided with combined single limit coverage of $1,000,000 with respect to injuries, deaths, or damages.

  • Maximum Occupancy is 100.
