Renters in the Wynfield community are allowed access to amenities, and should engage with the rental company to obtain/ request a fob.
Keyfobs required
A keyfob is required to access Wynfield POA amenities.

  • Short term rentals are not permitted.  Fines will be assessed against the property owner.
  • Rental durations are 12 months minimum.
  • Rent of a property can only occur after a 24 month period, after sale of property.
